"Dear Mr. Tambourino, I am writing to inform you of the outstanding service I received at Grand Radiology on October 4, 2010. This was largely due to the efforts made by Ms. Myra Rosa, as well as her counterpart named Robin at the other radiology office location. These two fantastic employees went above and beyond the norm for me. As a result of their exceptional service and care, I was able to receive the MRI that I needed in order to return to my place of work as soon as possible. Ms. Rosa attended to my every need, including providing me with a car service at the end of my treatment. This was a boon to my friends, who drove me to my appointment but could not stay and wait for me to be done with my appointment. Also, it was not within my financial means to arrange for my own transport. Myra saved me the physical pain of taking the subway, which I greatly appreciate. Myra was also kind enough to see to it that I ate lunch, as my wait was long, and she also phoned me prior to my appointment time to prevent me from arriving too early, as the office's workload was very high that day and arriving early would only result in my waiting longer. Her sensitivity to my needs included her anticipating my needs, which is singular and spectacular in an employee. Robin made every effort to personally connect me to Myra immediately once she learned of my urgent need for an MRI, and she emailed Myra all the information she required to process me quickly. I truly felt like I was getting the "white glove" treatment from both her and Myra. Myra's personal attention to me once I arrived at the office meant everything because I was in great discomfort as well as concerned for my prompt return to work. Her "going the extra mile" with me made all the difference.
